Senior Commercial/IT Lawyer- In House

Successful global FTSE 250 Fin Tech business seeks to recruit a Senior Counsel c 5 - 12 PQE with an IT sector background to join the City based HQ

THE ROLE

To be considered for this exciting role with a leading software business,

the post holder will be expected to provide a high level of both legal and commercial support to the business teams, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for both EMEA and APAC territories

The work will include;-

Managing a varied international commercial workload to include :

Responsibility for advising on, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, software, outsourcing, consulting and regulatory agreements

Liaison with external advisers

Advising on commercial and strategic matters at board level

Managing / supervision of team members

Implementation of policies and guidelines

Risk Management

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exceptional business facing opportunity, applicants must have an impeccable track record,

significant IT experience ideally within a financial services environment

Strong communication and organisation skills are a prerequisite for this exceptional opportunity.
