PARALEGAL - DEFENDANT INSURANCE RTA FRAUD – LIVERPOOL
RTA Fraud Liverpool - An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the biggest names in defendant insurance as a pre-litigation fee earner in their thriving RTA fraud team based in Liverpool. You will play a valuable team role in helping to defend clients against fraudulent claims, which costs road users millions of pounds every year. Furthermore, you will receive expert training on using the firm’s market leading fraud analysis software.

Due to the growth and restructuring of the team, the department is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic defendant insurance paralegal to handle a caseload of pre-litigated defendant RTA fraud work.
You will be part of a driven, yet highly supportive team who have been noted as one of the most respected and effective fraud teams in the country. Every year, they defend against fraudulent claims and organised fraud rings which in turn have a considerable financial impact on UK motorists.
EXPERIENCE - DEFENDANT AND CLAIMANT EXPERIENCE CONSIDERED
Prospective candidates should ideally demonstrate experience in defendant personal injury, notably RTA Fraud or defendant RTA. However applications will also be considered from those with a claimant RTA background.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
This is a busy personal injury team who handle a considerable amount of defendant fraud work for some of the country’s leading insurers. As well as the requisite skill set, you will need:
- to be able to work under pressure;
- possess excellent attention-to-detail;
- to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- the ability to work thoroughly yet efficiently.
