CQS accredited department seeks ambitious Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, on a permanent basis!

Our client is a multi-office practice with Lexcel, who provides a wide range of services to individual and commercial clients in areas including: property, private client and litigation. Staffed by a team of dedicated lawyers some who are experts in their field they provide high quality, cost effective advice in a practical and personable manner. They are now seeking to add a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to their successful team.

The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a CQS accredited Residential Conveyancing department based in Poole. Managing a varied and challenging caseload from instruction to post completion, the successful Lawyer will provide high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas of residential conveyancing may incorporate: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; remortgages; transfers of equity; shared ownership and; lease extensions. In addition there will also be the opportunity for the successful Lawyer to handle additional commercial property matters. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will possess sound technical skills and solid Residential Conveyancing experience;
You will be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated.
