EXPERIENCED LAW COSTS DRAFTSMAN

Clayton Legal are currently assisting a highly regarded, specialist Costs firm based in Merseyside to recruit a skilled Law Costs Draftsman. The successful candidate will join their fast-paced, driven team which is expanding due to ongoing success.

With national coverage, this practice provides an unrivalled Costs service to a large client base across the UK handling PI, Clinical Negligence, Commercial Litigation, Court of Protection, Industrial Disease, Professional Negligence, Legal Aid and Family Law cases.

For this Law Costs Draftsman position, the ideal candidate will carry at least 1 year's demonstrable experience of drafting formal Bills of Costs within a fast-paced, target driven environment, alongside having excellent interpersonal skills (both written and telephone). Applicants with experience of using Proclaim and Costs Master hold a distinct advantage.
