The firm is now recruiting for a private client solicitor with about five years’ PQE to join the wills, trusts and probate team. THE ROLE
Although this is not a management position, it does involve input into training and supporting the paralegals and secretarial staff. As is usual with wills and probate matters, you will be undertaking visits to clients outside the office and should have a full, clean driving licence. Previous experience in a private client role with experience in Court of Protection matters is essential and you should also be familiar with probate sales and other property work pertaining to estates management. THE CANDIDATE:-
You will:-
Be a solicitor of about 5 years’ PQE;
Have a strong background in private client work;
Possess a full, clean driving licence;
Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, concise language.
