With an established Property department handling Commercial Property matters, they are now looking for a Solicitor with good experience in this area to join the firm and undertake a challenging mix of matters.
THE ROLE
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor of 3 + years PQE who works well under pressure to undertake a hands-on role with responsibility from the outset. You will be dealing with a range of commercial property matters including, mergers and acquisitions Investment, sales and developments, along with Property finance and all aspects of landlord and tenant matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding technical skills whilst the role is suited to an ambitious professional seeking to develop their career within a progressive practice. You will:-
Be a Solicitor of 3 years + PQE in Commercial Property matters,
Be able to demonstrate excellent client relationship skills,
Have the ability to network and undertake business development,
Ability to adopt a commercial as well as legal approach to client issues,
Demonstrate a creative, commercial and realistic approach to resolving complex legal issues.
