The client is a leading international practice seeking to recruit a property litigation solicitor to join their Milton Keynes team. This firm has a hugely successful property team and due to expansion, they are looking for a driven and ambitious solicitor to join a growing team.
The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant issues and development work business lease renewals, break notices, dilapidation's claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues etc.
The work will be high level and rewarding, and will push a driven and ambitious lawyer to take on complex work for a varied and international client based that include property investors, occupiers and developers.
This role is ideally suited to candidate with circa 2 years post qualified experience specifically within Property Litigation. You will have excellent academics and a desire to progress quickly as a property litigation specialist.
