Lexcel and CQS accredited firm offering a competitive salary package requires a Senior Residential Property Lawyer to manage a team.
With a network of offices throughout the West Midlands, our client is an historic practice offering a broad range of services to commercial and individual clients in the region and further afield. With seven partners and a team of expert lawyers, they have a formidable reputation for excellence which has been recognised in the awarding of Lexcel and numerous other quality marks. Due to continued success, they are now seeking to add to their residential property team close to Stourbridge.
The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing, CQS accredited department in the Stourbridge area. The successful lawyer will become part of a growing team, leading junior fee earners and support staff whilst also managing a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion, to include freehold and leasehold matters, transfers of equity, help to buy and remortgages.
This is a hands-on position offering a competitive salary lawyer. Prior supervisory experience and expertise gained within a Lexcel accredited firm would be advantageous. Please contact Ajay
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ PQE in residential property.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in all aspects of conveyancing.
You will ideally have previous supervisory / managerial experience and be able to lead a team.
Experience in a Lexcel-accredited firm is desirable.
You will be client-focused with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
You will be IT literate with particular experience in the use of case management systems being essential for the position.
You will have a flair for business development.
