With a very strong department dealing with Private Client matters they are now looking for a Private Client Lawyer with good experience in this area to join the firm in their Lincolnshire office.
THE ROLE
This role offers a rewarding opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their successful Private Client department. As a Private Client Lawyer you will run your own caseload of Wills, Probate and Court of Protection matters. Step qualification and membership for Solicitors for Elderly Client matters is not essential but would be advantageous for this role. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a Solicitor or Legal executive with 2 + years PQE experience of Private Client matters
Possess excellent client relations,
Have excellent IT and time management skills,
Have excellent interpersonal and team skills, including and ability to work with others,
Possess the ability to adopt commercial as well as legal approach to client issues.
