Position - Commercial Property Lawyer
Commercial Real Estate Lawyer/Commercial Property/Commercial Conveyancing/New Leases /Landlord and Tenant/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified lawyer to join the Commercial Property team of a South London based firm. The firm have a number of offices across London with a business services team that work with a broad spectrum of commercial clients. With this in mind the firm are now looking to add a lawyer to their Commercial Property team, to work on matters covering land development (commercial and residential), landlord and tenant transactions, sales and purchases of both business premises and investment portfolios. Ideally the firm would be looking some experience of developing business in the London and South East Commercial Real Estate sector. In turn this is a great opportunity to work within an established Commercial Property team that has a proven record of delivering a high service for their clients, that works with a wide ranging of commercial business and that leaves open chances for future career development in their growing business services team.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in working with a broad range of commercial clients.
- Experience in handling a broad range of commercial property related transactions.
- Ideally some experience in business development with commercial clients in London and the South East.
