Our leading national is looking for an experienced planning lawyer with proven marketing ability, to help bolster and build upon their existing client base in their Exeter office. With a strong and established reputation in advising both the public and private sectors, this team having a growing planning presence.

Working with developers and local authorities, this team are well placed to advise on the full raft of planning advice through the full planning cycle.

You will have a sound understanding of the key planning frameworks and have a experience on leading on everything from applications, challenges and appeals of planning applications (including judicial reviews) to advising on the wider impact and implementation of planning proposals and consents.
