We are mandated by this major international firm which has a superb roster of international funds clients to find an ambitious mid level associate funds lawyer with experience across a broad range of private investment, private equity, real estate, sovereign wealth and infrastructure funds as well as general corporate matters. This is a prestigious team and offers you the opportunity of working on major corporate fund offerings across a range of industries both regionally and internationally.

Expect to work on fund establishment as well as investments into funds (including Shari'a compliant structures). You will draft, review and negotiate key investment management documentation such as PPMs, LP Agreements and fund articles, as well as investment management, investment advisory, custody, administration, investor side letters and all other contractual documentation relating to funds.

Excellent training and development is available. There will be regional travel and BD opportunities. Middle East regional experience would be an advantage though not a pre-requisite. Excellent academics, experience from a well ranked funds team and the right appetite to thrive in this high quality environment is a must.
