International law firm with top-flight employment practice seeks talented lawyer with 1 year+ pqe to join the team in Birmingham.

Our client is a major law firm with national and global reach. The firm is keen to appoint an employment lawyer with 1 years+ pqe to join the team. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment agreements, TUPE, equal pay, whistleblowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable partner. You'll handle a respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, partnerships and larger companies including listed businesses and PLCs on varied and challenging employment law issues.

You will ideally have 12 months pqe under your belt as an employment lawyer, gained in a regional or national firm. The firm would be keen to speak to employment lawyers from smaller firms looking for a stronger career platform.
