A new role has arisen for an employment lawyer to join a highly successful team which covers a diverse caseload, acting for employers of start-up businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises and multi-national corporations and negotiating settlement agreements for individuals.
You will be responsible for providing professional, efficient and effective resolution on policies and procedures, advising employees and employers on discrimination or unfair dismissal claims and breach of contracts, supporting both day-to-day business needs and long-term planning.
To be considered for this role you will be a proactive employment lawyer with 2-4PQE with a strong academic background and a proven track record gained from an established national or regional law firm.
You must have sound knowledge of employment law and experience of non-contentious employment matters, such as agreeing exit packages, share options and restrictive covenants.
You will have the ability to organise, prioritise and handle a busy and varied caseload, be a strong team player, a self-motivated with commitment individual with good time management skills.
