CLIENT: Our client is an international market leader in high performance materials, selling in more than 60 countries worldwide as well as manufacturing in Europe, North America, the Middle East and China.
ROLE: The successful individual will be responsible for advising the Group on their UK, European and Global interests, handling a wide variety of commercial, distribution and corporate matters. Due to the nature of the role, travel will be required and you will be responsible for work across multiple jurisdictions.
CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a corporate/commercial lawyer with a number of years at a leading international law firm as well as significant experience in-house, ideally with some experience at a major manufacturing/industrial business. You will need to be a commercially minded, confident and independent lawyer with high levels of self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
