Personal Injury Paralegal RTA - An opportunity has recently arisen for a Legal Executive or experienced paralegal with litigated fast track claimant RTA experience to join this dynamic Manchester team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to the continued organic growth of the Manchester-based department an opportunity has arisen for a fee earner to handle a caseload of litigated fast track RTA files. As such any candidates wishing to apply must demonstrate:

• At least one year of previous experience handling a litigated RTA caseload;
• The ability to work unsupervised;
• A thorough working knowledge of the relevant CPR rules; and
• The ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Fee earners within the RTA team are given the opportunity to progress to more senior positions with greater responsibility. Furthermore, fast track fee earners will oven progress to more complex areas such as catastrophic injury.
