Corporate Associate (Mid-Level)

A pre-eminent and highly ranked international law firm is seeking an associate at the 2-5 PQE level to join their Corporate team in London.

The department is headed by a widely respected Partner who has an immense client base, deep sector knowledge and specialises in all aspects of corporate work, both domestic and international. The team operates in a wide-range of industry sectors within the mid-tier deals bracket on a broad of challenging transactions and is rapidly expanding in a variety of key geographical regions.

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including cross-border M&A transactions, advising clients in private equity backed deals, JVs, ECMs, corporate finance, capital reductions and corporate structures. Such a candidate will have strong academics as well as be a team player. The role will suit an individual who embraces building relationships and business development.
