I'm recruiting an exciting HR Advisor opportunity working for a Magic Circle law firm. This position will take ownership of HR advisory requirements for Mainstream Corporate and Corporate Specialist practice groups in conjunction with the Senior HR Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Headcount and business planning
- Employee development
- Employee relations
- Appraisal & Remuneration
- Leaver related matters
The position requires a dynamic and insightful HR generalist who has the ability to gain the respect of partners & managers and influence them effectively. Experience of operating at advisory level in blue-chip organisations where HR has been an effective business partner is essential.
