Capital Markets - Partner

I am working with a Highly regarded US firm, who are keen to speak to strong laterals from firms with established capital markets practices.

They have a strong hield yield and equity piece, and are looking to further consolidate their debt practice.

They are open to applications from established partners, or perhaps from counsel / senior associates that feel they are in the position to start putting together a case and dont have the track where they are currently. You will have experience across a range of debt transactions as well as MTN and ECP programmes.
Obviously remuneration will be right at the top of market rate, and will depend upon your current level, and the scope of the case that you are able to present.

The opportunity here is leveraging from their wider practice but being able to play a formative role in the debt side of the practice.
