Our client is a leading international law firm who are currently seeking a corporate lawyer to join their office in Brussels. The team handle matters including; mergers, acquisitions and disposals, capital markets, private equity and investment agreements, non-contentious insolvency work, shareholder agreements and franchising. They are also top tier on legal 500 for their knowledge in the corporate market.
As a corporate lawyer with 3-5 years PQE you will be able to handle a full and varied caseload of non-contentious Corporate and Commercial matters in order to provide strategic advice to a large portfolio of clients that have been retained by this entrepreneurial firm. You will need experience on tasks such as advising clients, ranging from PLCs to owner-managed businesses, on areas including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and corporate finance.
