My client is a busy Construction Group based in Bristol. They are seeking a highly motivated and personable assistant to join their in-house legal team as soon as possible. This position is demanding and requires someone who possesses excellent communication skills and prior paralegal experience who can hit the ground running. A working/theoretical knowledge of the following is needed:
- UK Construction Contract Law and the applicable statutory framework
- ADR
- Enforcement procedures
- Legal Drafting
