Commercial Litigation LAWYER -Commercial dispute resolution - Arbitration - 7+ pqe - Dubai, Middle East
We have a strong relationship with this major regional firm and are working with the partners to source a qualified lawyer for their top tier disputes team in Dubai. They are seeking an experienced commercial dispute resolution and arbitration lawyer with around 7-12 years post qualification experience gained with a major law firm. You will be joining a highly rated and well established team working with top tier regional and international clients and advising in relation to a wide range of commercial disputes.
The work will include handling arbitration proceedings under various bodies/rules, notably DIAC, DIFC/LCIA and ICC, and liaising with UAE advocates in respect of local court proceedings and all related interim/interlocutory measures as well as enforcement/execution. You must be a Western qualified lawyer with a strong law firm background and training and, whilst regional experience would be an advantage, it is not a prerequisite.
