Our Client is seeking to appoint a junior Commercial Property lawyer to join its team in Teesside. The successful candidate will be able to draw on their Real Estate knowledge and display experience of dealing with various aspects of Commercial Landlord and Tenant Law as well as being comfortable in working with relative independence and autonomy. Our client will consider applications from solicitors, legal executives or very experienced paralegals.

The firm itself acts for some very good local and national clients and the quality of the work on offer is of a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level Property lawyer to join a good team within the Teesside market.
