Banking & Finance PSL, 5 PQE+
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a professional support lawyer to join their London-based Banking and Finance team.
The role will involve creating and disseminating knowhow products across the firm's global network. These will be reflective of key legal and market developments, particularly within the areas of leveraged finance, corporate finance and infrastructure finance. In addition to this, you will be supporting fee-earners and producing thought leadership pieces.
The successful candidate will be an experienced PSL or Fee Earner with an excellent academic background. They will have considerable experience working in banking and finance, and a sound knowledge of current law and market practice. In addition to this, they will have excellent oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
