This highly regarded international law firm is looking to hire at the Senior Associate/ Legal Director level into its compact corporate team. The practice spans both international and domestic corporate finance, including complex public and private M&A, joint ventures (often with a cross-border element), restructurings, private equity and general corporate/commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance issues. The client base is broad, spanning the energy, including oil & gas; financial services, professional practices, TMT and the life sciences sector.
The team is now looking to hire an ambitious corporate lawyer with at least 5 years PQE that is looking to really assist in the growth of the practice. On a softer note, the ethos in the team is down to earth and collegiate, operating a very flat hierarchical structure. Opportunities for progression are good, and the firm has a great reputation for making up Senior Associates from within.
