International media organisation based in Central London require the services of a high calibre Technology Lawyer for a period of three months, with the possibility of extension.
About the Role
Working within a collegiate team, the remit of the Technology Lawyer will include the following:
- Drafting a range agreements of relating to hardware, software, outsourcing, NDAs, and licensing
- Negotiating infrastructure contracts with technology providers
- Involvement in cloud-based deals
- Data protection matters
- Involvement in managing the global trademark portfolio
About You
You must be a qualified lawyer with extensive experience of working on technology matters. The role requires an individual who can add value from day one and as such, this cannot act as an opportunity for a more general lawyer to gain IT experience. The client believes that the remit is well suited to an individual with around 10 years PQE but applications from all levels will be considered on merit.
