Legal Director / Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Director/Consultant to join a leading organisation on a contract basis. The role will involve reviewing, analysing and assessing several divisions of the business to ascertain whether they need to alter the set-up of the teams, increase their legal capabilities and/or improve any processes and procedures.

This is an exploratory exercise and will involve putting together detailed reports and analysis.

There is also a large emphasis on data protection and the risks associated.

The role will be incredibly interesting and will suit a lawyer with at least 5 years PQE who has worked in a similar role or as a sole legal counsel setting up a legal function. Experience working for government organisation or the NHS will be preferable. You must be available on short notice.
