Family Solicitor

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a family locum to work within a highly regarded law firm based in West Sussex. This will be an ideal position for a solicitor looking for a long term locum opportunity within an open and friendly firm. You will also have the opportunity to experience a senior level caseload within a successful and supportive environment at a competitive rate.

The role will involve:

• All aspects of private family law
• Matrimonial, divorce, ancillary relief, children matters
• The caseload will be mixed therefore the individual must be able to handle varied

responsibilities and duties within family law

The successful candidate will have:

• Highly experienced
• Extensive private family experience
• Have experience of matrimonial, divorce, ancillary relief and children matters
• Experienced in using a case management system
• Must have the means to work on your own initiative and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face

Preferred but not essential:

• Trained mediator
• Collaborative lawyer
• A member of Resolution
