Are you Commercial Property solicitor that is looking to work for an award winning Legal 500 full service law firm?
I have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the North East largest law firms who are now looking to appoint a new Commercial Property Solicitor following a recent partner’s retirement.
As the Commercial Property Solicitor you will be working very closely with two highly experienced solicitors and one Commercial Property Paralegal.
This recommended Legal 500 firm specialises in all areas of commercial property transactions ranging from acquisition of investment properties via personal pension schemes to buying & selling properties at auction. Their extensive client base ranges from large national corporations SME’s, and sole traders but have a strong focus working with investors, pension trustees, and developers.
You will be involved with successful development of the commercial property department by being highly motivated in order to generate your own caseload of work. You must have strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to your work. Direct knowledge and experience of dealing with your own cases relating to commercial property transactions is essential.
To be considered for this rare opportunity you must be at least 1 year PQE or a Legal Executive/Paralegal with at least 12 months experience of managing your own caseload of commercial property files.
