Locum Healthcare Solicitor – West Midlands – start ASAP (up to 2 weeks' notice)
6 months and on-going – rate dependant on experience

Our client, a market leading law firm is seeking a Locum Healthcare Solicitor to provide advice and support to the NHS and other healthcare clients. The non-contentious and contentious caseload will include matters relating to treatment decisions, Court of Protection cases, general clinical practice and health and safety.

With a team of specialists operating across the UK, our client is experiencing an increased work load and requires the assistance of a Locum Healthcare Solicitor to bridge the gap whilst they also recruit a permanent member of staff.

As Locum Healthcare Solicitor, you will advise clients on healthcare issues, and additionally representing them at inquests. You must possess previous inquest representation experience, a sound knowledge and understanding of mental capacity and mental health law, as well as previous experience handling Court of Protection issues on a regular basis.
