With this in mind our client are looking to recruit a Corporate Commercial Partner due to continuing growth.

This firm have a dynamic approach with a forward thinking and innovative strategy for growth. This Corporate Commercial Partner will be joining an established department but will ultimately take the lead role in moving the department forward. Working with predominately corporate matters, acting on behalf of owner managed businesses, SMEs and PLCs in transactional corporate matters of a range of values; including multi-million pound deals.

This Corporate Commercial Partner will have the support and collaboration from a Tier 1 Legal 500 department, with renowned Partners across the firm. Eligible candidates will be highly specialised, ambitious and motivated to propel this department into continuous growth.
