Corporate Solicitor

I am currently representing my client a prestigious and highly regarded law firm who due to continued growth and success are looking for an Corporate Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) to join their busy Corporate department. This position can be based in either in Sheffield or Leeds and therefore we welcome applicants based in the either area. This is a permanent position, ideally full time.

Their Corporate team helps companies of varying sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to major international organisations, both public and private, with a range of issues around corporate transactions and ways to achieve commercial goals.

They work across a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, private equity investments, IPOs and joint ventures and restructurings.

In order to be considered for this post you will have gained relevant experience and have a keen interest in developing your existing experience in the corporate sector.

You will be an excellent communicator with keen organisation and project management skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. You will be dedicated and enthusiastic and have the ability to work efficiently with a commitment to client care and business development.
