Our client, an international banking institution is seeking a Derivatives Documentation Negotiator to manage a range of ISDA master agreements, repo and securities lending contracts and advising on uncleared margining rules.
Reporting to the European Head of Legal you will be involved in drafting and negotiating a varied portfolio of master agreements as well as working on various business projects. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders across the bank.
The successful candidate will ideally have a law degree and at least 2 years+ derivatives documentation experience gained with a leading bank or financial institution. There is currently more than one position available and our client is open to considering negotiators at all levels.
