An excellent opportunity has presented itself for an RTA Fee Earner, qualified or non qualified, to manage a Fast Track litigated case load with a leading national law firm in their Southampton office.

My client is a large, well established national practice which offers a strong personal injury practice with a number of offices throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an RTA Fee Earner or Solicitor to handle a case load of Fast Track RTA files, the majority of which will be litigated.

The successful RTA Fee Earner will have proven experience managing a Personal Injury case load with a high percentage of litigated RTA files. You will receive the files once they drop out of the portal and manage them through the litigation process.

My client is a top 100 law firm with an oustanding presence nationally and now has a requirement for a Paralegal to join their Motor team in Southampton.

This role would suit a Paralegal/Claims Handler who is looking for their next challenge with real progression prospects. Together with the ability to analyse and evaluate information logically, you should be IT literate and able to relate well to a range of clients, peers groups and staff.

On offer is a competitive starting salary, and the chance to progress your career within a leading firm with constant legal training.

Please contact Jack Smith, Legal Recruitment Consultant, to discuss the role in more detail or apply through the vacancy for immediate consideration. If you have not been contacted within five working days you should assume you have not been successful on this occasion.
