Commercial Property Solicitor, 10+ PQE
Our client, a leading regional firm, is looking to hire a commercial property solicitor to join their London office.
The role will involve acting on a wide range of commercial property transactions including investment, development, landlord and tenant matters and corporate support. You will be acting for clients including banks, individuals with large property portfolios, overseas investors and residential landlord developers. You will also be generating work for the firm and engaging in business development activities, with travel to Peterborough and/or Cambridge required as business dictates.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in the commercial property team of a comparable firm, with the ability to work independently on a wide range of commercial property matters and business development initiatives. They will also have a demonstrable following of £200,000+.
