The practice is now seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.

The Role

Our client is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Residential Property Solicitor is required to join their London conveyancing team. The position will include a range of conveyancing disciplines including buying and selling property, freehold and leasehold, extending and granting leases, auctions and repossessed properties. The Residential Property Solicitor role will require the successful applicant to attend networking events and help develop the business.

The Candidate

You must be a qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing matters.
You must have been in a permanent placement with at least 2 years’ continual service.
You will be able to work independently with business development skills.
You will be able to build long lasting relationships.
You must have excellent organisational and communication skills.
