This global in-house company is looking to recruit a commercial contracts lawyer into its UK legal team based in Surrey.
Client Details
My client is a global organisation and part of the FTSE 100.
Description
As a commercial contracts lawyer you will report into the senior counsel and will be directly responsible for providing legal advise to a number of different business stakeholders, predominantly on commercial matters.
Profile
The successful candidate will need to be a commercial contracts lawyer with a good technical background in commercial contracts - candidates must be confident in drafting, negotiating and reviewing a range of agreements.
Candidates will have exposure to a variety of different stakeholders so an ability to present sensible commercial solutions to the business is also very important.
Prior in-house experience may well be beneficial but it is certainly not essential.
Job Offer
This role is paying up to £65,000 (depending on experience) + an excellent benefits package + bonus.
