Fantastic opportunity with our top tier international city client to join their finance team.

Your role will be to help enhance the client offering of the Structured Debt & Capital Markets (SDCM) team by continuously improving the quality of the technical knowledge and training available to the team and supporting client initiatives.

Your role will include:
Acting as a "go to" within the Firm on dissemination of knowledge and awareness of macroprudential regulatory issues.
Creating an environment where knowledge can be easily shared within both the SDCM team and when applicable the Firm's wider Finance department both in London and internationally.
Helping develop high-impact SDCM pitch and marketing materials by contributing tailored content on legal/regulatory issues.
Participating in the Firm's wider client services and knowledge initiatives (including innovative technology, information management and sector initiatives) .

The ideal candidate will be minimum 3 years PQE with Securitisation and Debt Capital Markets experience in the UK market.

Knowledge of macroprudential regulation for financial institutions - including the Capital Requirements Regulation, CRD IV, Basel 2 and 3, Bank Recovery and
Resolution Directive and Banking Reform Act is desirable.
