Personal Injury Fee Earner – Blackburn, Lancashire
Are you a fee earner with a specialism for personal injury matters and litigation? Are you looking for that next step up in your career?
My client is a full service private practice based in Lancashire who provide a friendly and close knit service and they are looking to grow their team with an additional personal injury paralegal. You will be tasked with handling your own caseload of personal injury matters in the main road traffic accidents from inception through to conclusion including litigation.
You will have:
• At least 12 months’ experience handling your own caseload of personal injury matters
• Experience handling your own caseload of road traffic accidents
• Knowledge of the personal injury process
• Use of case management system
• Experience handling matters through litigation and to conclusion
• Experience of adhering to financial targets and deadlines
• Experience of working in a close knit environment and working as part of a team
This is a great opportunity to build upon your experience and to work within an established full service practice in Lancashire. Salary is commensurate with experience with a guideline up to £25,000.
