A highly regarded firm in Buckinghamshire require a Residential Property Lawyer, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join them on a permanent basis.

The vacancy has arisen due an increase in work and a view to expand their residential property department.

The residential property department manages a wide variety of work to include:

  • Freehold and Leasehold
  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Lease extensions
  • Shared ownership
  • Right to buy
  • Transfer of equity
  • Re-mortgages
  • Equity release schemes
  • Option agreements
  • Leasehold enfranchisement

The firm has a strong vision for growth so are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed conveyancer to join them on a permanent basis.  

The workload you would be exposed to would be of a high quality.  The firm possesses a strong client base from which they frequently receive repeat work and recommendations. They pride themselves on their Client care and believe this is responsible for their growing success.

Successful candidates are likely be enthusiastic, ambitious and professional individuals with upwards of 1 year PQE and possess solid experience in running a full Residential Property caseload. You will need to have the ability to take instructions and progress work promptly and efficiently to a high standard through to completion.
