Employment lawyer/ barrister 2 – 6 years’ PQE/ Call LONDON
Well-regarded commercial law firm is looking to take on an Employment lawyer or barrister of between 2 and 6 years’ PQE/ Call. The Employment team provides its clients with an efficient and cost-effective service that encompasses Employment, Business Immigration and Employee Incentives & Benefits. They cover all aspects of their clients' relationships with their individual employees from recruitment to departure, as well as collective issues. The successful candidate will support the Partners in all aspects of Employment law, with an expectation that he/she may work as part of a team on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues including tribunal work, general corporate support, TUPE issues and advising high net worth individuals. You will also be expected to be involved in business development of the department and marketing initiatives.
If you are a solicitor, you will currently specialise in Employment law at a good commercial law firm.
If you are a barrister, you will have undertaken a significant number of Employment law matters as part of your overall mix of work.
