Large commercial law firm now has an opportunity for an newly-qualified Associate (0 to 1 years’ PQE) to join their transactional Banking team in London. This is an exciting and challenging role and is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills as a Banking lawyer within an international law firm.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a number of areas including: • global syndicated lending • real estate finance • leveraged finance • funds finance • debt restructuring • and general corporate lending.
You will work directly with some of the world's leading Banks and Financial Institutions and collaborate with experts throughout the wider firm and across the firms’ international offices. You will develop your skill-set to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development and thought leadership, which will raise the profile of both the Banking team, and the firm.
To be considered for this role you must have at least undertaken a seat in Banking law and/or a seat in Finance law (eg. Project Finance, Asset Finance, Aviation Finance, Shipping Finance, etc).
