Junior Corporate Lawyer

An International firm is seeking for Corporate lawyer to join their HK team. You will be joining a team with an excellent reputation.

This is a junior hire for my client as they require a PQE of between 1 - 2. It will be expected that you are currently working at a leading law firm handling general Corporate/Commercial matters. We need to see detailed on your CV experience with a strong Mergers & Acquisitions skills and other skills in PE, VC, Capital Markets will be a bonus.

This is a fantastic Hong Kong based Corporate role offering excellent salary and benefits package.

Requirement:
Language skills - must be fluent in Mandarin and excellent English both written and spoken.
Experience with an a good firm
