Employee Incentives lawyer 2 + years’ PQE LONDON
Large commercial law firm in London is seeking an Employee Incentives lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team advises on all aspects of the design, drafting and implementation of remuneration and incentive packages for public and private organisations and the legal and regulatory implications of operating them in the UK and on a multi-national basis. They are part of the firm’s wider Employment law practice which combines has a presence in London and across many of the firms’ international offices. The team advises on market competitive, tax-efficient and compliant remuneration strategies for company executives, senior managers and also the general workforce. This team requires an Associate to join their Employee Incentives team to advise clients on the legal and regulatory implications of operating employee incentive arrangements and managing employee incentive rights in the course of M&A transactions. Previous experience of employee incentives work is required either as a specialist or perhaps part of the mix of work of a Corporate Tax caseload. Obviously, applications are welcome from Corporate Tax lawyers who have some experience of Employee Incentives law. The Employee Incentives team has a focus on the financial services sector and on financial services remuneration regulatory issues, but advises clients in all sectors on all aspects of employee incentives work.
