Commercial law firm in Oxfordshire currently requires two Commercial Property solicitors to join its team - a more experienced one of 5 or more years’ PQE and a junior to mid-level solicitor of 1 to 4 years’ PQE. The team acts for a wide range of clients including government organisations, health authorities, energy providers, residential and commercial developers, funders, housing associations, high value retailers and charities. Responsibilities for the more experienced role include:
If successful you can expect a mix of work and your responsibilities might include but not be limited to: • Purchase, sale and development of commercial property, investment and asset management, landlord and tenant advice, secured lending work, acquisition disposals • Land acquisition and assembly, joint ventures, development agreements, mixed use development advice • Participation in client management and business development initiatives • Contribution towards practice development • Mentoring of solicitors and paralegals.
Thejunior to mid-level role will involve a mix of portfolio work and responsibilities will include: • Purchase, sale and development of commercial property • Investment and asset management • Complex landlord and tenant and advice • Secured lending work • Acquisition disposals.
