Our client is a top tier, pan-offshore law firm, with offices in the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. The firm's successful banking and finance team in BVI is looking to recruit a top tier lawyer.

You will join a team that advises on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions, including cross-border lending and taking security, financial reconstructions and other financial transactions (including private and public bond issues), as well as more general corporate matters including equity finance, acquisitions, shareholder issues, director duties, investments, and all respects of the BVI regulatory framework.

You will have a strong academic and professional background, and have gained at least 3 years of relevant experience in a top tier UK, Scottish, Irish or other international law firm with a recognised finance practice.
