MOJ PARALEGAL/FEE EARNER

MOJ Paralegal Job based in Greater Manchester paying £15,500.

Your new company
This firm is highly regarded for its pre litigated and litigated MOJ work and overall Personal Injury Work. Due to its continued success and growth within this department, it is looking to recruit a number of MOJ paralegal/Fee Earners who have paralegal experience and looking to take that next stage up.

Your new role
You will be reviewing all pre proceedings files, noting and abiding by Client Guidelines and then Formulating initial Strategy and Explaining the Strategy to Team Leader and obtaining approval to proceed. You will handle your own caseload of part 8 work from start to finish. You will be fully trained in this role so the only experience needed is that of a paralegal level in any area.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fee earner/paralegal, ideally with 6 months' experience in paralegal work. You will have a concern for quality of service and be able to produce a high standard of work, with excellent attention to detail.
