This firm is highly regarded for its Personal Injury and MOJ Credit Hire expertise across the North West. The firm is experiencing a period of growth due to its success, therefore looking to recruit a Team leader within the MOJ Credit Hire sector.

Your new role
You will monitor the caseload/workload of team members distributing files or tasks and dealing with capacity planning, ensuring the personal development of each team member is maximised and ensure all post training evaluations take place. You will prepare and conduct weekly meetings and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar MOJ role/environment. You will have experience in ensuring targets and KPI's are met throughout your role. You will need effective complaints handling skills.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of circa £28,000 depending on your level of experience within MOJ. You will have the chance to work with and develop relationship with key partners and stake holders. In addition, you will be given a chance to work flexible hours with many benefits.
