2 x Non-contentious Construction lawyers 1 – 4 & 5+ years’ PQE READING

Two non-contentious Construction lawyers are sought by this commercial law firm in Reading – one of 1 to 4 years’ PQE and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE. Both roles will involve dealing with all major standard form contracts, particularly JCT and NEC3 and experience of negotiating bespoke amendments. The role will also involve drafting and dealing with review warranties, bonds, guarantees and consultant’s appointments. Our client will consider applications from either non-contentious Construction law specialists or candidates currently undertaking a mix of contentious and non-contentious Construction law, but have an interest in specialising on the non-contentious side.
