Legal Counsel - In House

OUR CLIENT

An international financial services business seeks to appoint a commercial/financial services lawyer c 3 - 7 PQE to join an established in house department.

THE ROLE

To be considered for this new opportunity, the successful candidate will be expercted to work closely with team members, handling a broad business facing workload with a commercial focus to include responsibility for:-

Contract management to include outsourcing, technology and e commerce agreements

Managing tenders

Governance, regulatory work; TCF, risk management,

Data protection and IP matters

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this in house role, applicants will have relevant commercial experience, preferably with in house/insurance/ financial services sector experience,
